The short version: cancel anything before we start — full refund. After that, the rules depend on what you ordered, because a live backlink cannot be un-published and a downloaded template cannot be un-downloaded the way a parcel can be returned. This page never limits statutory consumer rights — including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal and, for UK consumers, the cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the remedies of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — as described in our Terms of Service.

What this policy covers

This policy covers every product sold on tenderrank.com without exception: all SEO services (link building of every type, guest posting, niche edits, content writing and distribution, crowd marketing, keyword research, on-page, technical and local SEO, AI search optimization, YouTube SEO, audits, bundles and monthly programs) and all digital products — downloadable guides, instructions, checklists and spreadsheet templates delivered as digital content. The category rules below state which rule applies to which purchase; if your purchase somehow fits none of them, the general rules in “Before work starts” and “How refunds are processed” still apply.

Before work starts — everything

Full refund on request, no questions asked, for any Service not yet started. Email hello@tenderrank.com with your order number.

Link building (guest posts, niche edits, tiered, foundation, geo & premium)

Each placement that goes live per the ordered criteria is performed work and is non-refundable once live. If a placement fails our stated criteria (wrong metrics tier, wrong link attributes, non-agreed niche), we replace it free of charge or refund that placement.

Replacement guarantee: if a delivered link is removed or de-indexed within the period stated on the Service page, we re-place it at no cost. After that period, third-party sites are outside anyone’s control.

For partially completed packages, refunds are calculated per undelivered placement at the package’s per-unit rate.

Content writing and distribution

Before drafting starts — full refund. After a draft is delivered, the included revision rounds apply; if after all rounds the content materially fails the brief, we refund the affected piece. Content already published to third-party platforms at your approval is performed work.

Audits, keyword research and one-off analysis

These Services are performed in full upon delivery of the report. If a delivered report materially fails its stated scope and we cannot cure it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a proportionate reduction or refund. “The findings were unwelcome” is, we hope understandably, not a refund ground.

Digital products and digital content (guides, templates, spreadsheets, downloads)

Digital products — our downloadable guides, instructions, checklists and Excel/Sheets templates — are digital content delivered by download link immediately after payment, not services performed by our team, so different rules apply.

Withdrawal and cancellation: because delivery is instant, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right (EU right of withdrawal; UK right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) is lost once the download begins. Until you start the download, the full 14-day right applies and you can cancel for a full refund.

Faulty digital content: if a downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, will not open, or is materially different from its product description, contact us within 14 days of purchase — we will supply a corrected file (repair or replacement) or refund the purchase. For UK consumers this mirrors the Consumer Rights Act 2015, under which digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, with the rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where it is not.

Updates: where a template or guide page states that updates are included, you receive them at no extra charge for the stated period.

Bought the wrong guide or template for your situation? Contact us anyway — we will usually swap it for the right one rather than keep an unhappy customer.

Late delivery

If we miss a promised timeline through our own fault (not due to missing inputs, access or approvals), you choose: a partial refund or a bonus service of equivalent value. Where an expedited-delivery add-on was purchased and the expedited date is missed, the add-on fee is refunded automatically. This section applies to services; digital content is delivered instantly, so late delivery of a download would itself be a fault covered by the digital content rules above.

How refunds are processed

Email hello@tenderrank.com with your order number. We confirm within one business day and resolve within 14 days; approved refunds go to the original payment method. Please talk to us before opening a bank chargeback — direct resolution is faster for everyone, and undisputed chargebacks may lead us to decline future orders.
